ALWA Technische Produkte für Kunststoffverarbeitung Modell- und Formbau GmbH (ALWA) from Gronau, Germany, presents its patented casting resin system “ALWA MOULD D” at the K 2019, with which high-quality vacuum forming tools and foaming tools can be produced in just one day. The integration of cooling and heating systems is possible during the casting process. In the current discussion on sustainable electromobility with lightweight vehicles, the patented ALWA MOULD D casting resin system makes an important contribution. AIXAM, one of the first automakers who thought in this direction, is convinced by the advantages of the system, such as speed, temperature resistance and quality.

On the K 2019, ALWA also presents its innovative and porous slabs, which are especially suitable for filigree vacuum formed tools. The use of ALWA POR eliminates the time-consuming vacuum holes. The application fields of ALWA POR are manifold and partly still unexplored. Sample shipments show new applications almost daily, especially in the vacuum technology.
