A further step than just bronze, with reference to what is said on the left, are the Bushes with solid lubricant inserts, commonly called bronze-graphite. In our catalog there are products for plastic molds applications EBU-1BG / EBU-1SBGwith Pedrotti standard dimensions, and products EBU-1HBG  compatible with our SerieE plates.

For the sheet metal sector, the bushes EBU-7BG, supplied with fastening brackets, and the smooth EBU-2BGhave a very wide range of sizes. It is always recommended a dry use for employements requiring working speed less than 0.5m/s. The addition of oil on the friction surfaces, for a given load, increases about 10 times the maximum allowable sliding speed, but the wear increases in direct proportion at the same time.
