The established innovation award ”Biocomposite of the Year 2019‘‘ will be granted to the innovative and trend setting biocomposites materials and products. Producers and inventors of innovative and new applications for Wood-Plastic Composites (WPC) and Natural Fibre Composites (NFC) are invited to hand over their applications by the end of September 2019. The award will be carried out within the framework of ”8th Biocomposites Conference Cologne‘‘, 14–15 November 2019 in the ”Maternushaus‘‘ nearby Cologne Railway station, Germany. Each nominated ”Top 6‘‘ candidate will get one free 2-day ticket for the conference and there is no entry fee to apply for the award! The event is a well-established meeting point for companies working in the field of biocomposites. This is a unique opportunity to market your new biocomposite product or innovation, which is launched to the market in 2019 or will be launched at 2020. An independent expert jury will select and nominate the ”Top 6‘‘ candidates.

After each ten-minute presentation by the nominated ”Top 6“ candidates, the participants of the conference will select the winner of the „Biocomposite of the Year 2019‘‘. The winner will be announced in the first day of the conference evening during the festive gala dinner. If you are one of the winners, nova-Institute will issue a worldwide press release and use all communication channel to publicise your material and product. You will be surprised by the impact!
